Fruits - Apples, grapes, strawberries, raspberries, lemons, limes, oranges, all citrus fruits. They are antioxidant in nature as well as anti-carcinogenic and anti-inflammatory.

Vegetables - Carrots, Tomatoes, Cauliflowers, Sweet Potatoes, Turnips, Peppers, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts. These foods are antioxidants, prevent activation of cancer cells as well as suppressing tumor growth.
